Hi, I'm Nattalie

I am a recovering burned out mama.

I know the feeling of overwhelm while working full time, trying to manage a household, raising children, and fulfill my church responsibilities. And feeling like you're failing at all of it.

Until one day I just couldn't do it anymore.

That was when the idea of Burned-Out-Mama began. I started reading books, asking friends and coworkers, and became obsessed with researching how some moms seemed so on top of it when I felt like a hot mess.

The more I talked about it, the more I realized that nearly every single mom felt the same way...that they were also failing at managing it all!

Fast forward to today and my purpose is to help all moms understand how successful they already are and boost their confidence by sharing the systems I have learned to help ease some of the chaos.

Because in the end, that's what it's all about: finding peace so that you can appreciate the chaos.
